College campuses in general are not terribly small, sometimes getting to your classes on time can be difficult, especially if you have consecutive classes. Longboarding to get around the SFCC campus is one of the more popular modes of transportation. During any given day you can see a number of longboarders cruising around from class to class. For those of you out there saying “Oh those longboarders have no control they are a danger to everyone!” You couldn’t be more wrong; longboarders are probably less likely to run into other people than most of

The major points that separate a longboard from a normal skateboard is the board is a lot longer, the trucks(devices that hold the wheels) are longer as to be more stable at high speeds, and the wheels are usually bigger than normal skateboard wheels. College campuses aren't getting any smaller and every year more and more people buy longboards for campus transportation. All in all it's probably safe to say that we wont be seeing a shortage of these four wheeled cruisers anytime soon.
